The Power of Thankful: A Journalling Practice.

Updated: Oct 24, 2023

Thankfulness journalling is an uplifting practice that can be done daily to keep your energy frequency high and your heart open and pure. The vibration of feeling thankful correlates directly with the heart - the interpreter of your Soul and keeper of your truth.

Did you know that spending just 15 minutes each morning journaling on all that you are thankful for is the equivalent to one hour spent in meditation? This process opens your channels of receiving and brings you into alignment with all that you wish for and that you came here to Be.

If you are new to this deep appreciation process, it is ok. Simply start by thinking of one thing in your life that feels good to you. This may be taking in a spectacular sunset, cuddling with your pet or chats with your dearest friend. The purpose is to focus and allow yourself to feel thankful from your heart. Once you find the first item, have fun in feeling into others to add to your list.

Allow yourself as much time as possible to feel the joy and ease of each item on your list. Devoting time to this powerful practice will magnetise you to receive even more wonderful, joyful and abundant experiences. And keep you in your heart which is where your inner trust and knowing resides.

I created the following prompts for you to help get you started. When I first received this practice from Guidance I could only write three things. These days I set a 30 minute timer as I can easily continue writing for much longer once I get into my zone. Thankfulness journalling is the perfect first daily practice if you are looking for one, and is best done first thing in the morning.
