Overview.
In many indigenous traditions, the energy of land is regarded as a source of wisdom and guidance. It's seen as a repository of ancestral knowledge, carrying the imprints of countless generations that have lived in harmony with it.
This spiritual essence is believed to guide individuals, providing insights into how to live in balance with nature and one another, as well as influences human experience and identity.
I work directly with what is known to me as The Essence of The Land, which govern and influences the quality of land, type of structures built and their intended purposes.
This sacred land energy is also influential in the highest potential of all aspects of life, and cares deeply about the honouring and upholding of sacred agreements and contracts that bind formal custodians to their properties.
What is the EOTL?
The Essence of The Land (EOTL) is a collaborative soul entity with it’s own intentions, purpose and desires, and which seeks the respect and honouring of ancient traditions that are historical and location specific.
Symptoms of an aggrieved land energy can present as:

Delay or difficulty with building approvals or sales contracts.

Faults with a property such as water leaks or electrical issues.

My role in the process.
My role is primarily to act as a communication channel between formal custodians and The Essence of The Land, and to heal any existing or underlying infirmities that may be causing delay, difficulty or disharmony.
To assist this process, I work with property photographs, land maps and building plans, and other resources that allow me to receive and translate as accurate detail as possible from The Essence of The Land.
A healing of the land and any structures such as home or commercial building is then facilitated, and a detailed report of findings, including any remedial requests, is then provided to you.
Once received, I will work with you to meet these requests and to communicate your needs and intentions with The Essence of The Land to gain agreement and support.
The Essence of The Land is very formal and can be quite stubborn. But in every case, I have been successful in achieving resolution, with both parties being able to work together moving forward.

An energetic healing and clearing of the land and any primary structures such as a house, retail store, apartment.

Up to 3 x consultation hours between parties to set shared goals, mediate on agree on outcomes, and support to implement solutions.

Preliminary, periodic and final meetings via Zoom (or in person if selecting the on-site service).
